Introducing “Pet Project,” a dynamic Rock band hailing from the vibrant music scene of Los Angeles. This quartet is a fusion of talent, bringing together members with diverse musical backgrounds to create a rich blend of Neo-Retro Southern California sounds.

“Pet Project” has become a powerhouse of musical creativity. The band features Jed Mottley on bass and Jack Maher Jr. on guitar and vocals, both known for their contributions to the acclaimed band “Feed the Kitty.” The quartet rounds the roster with Mathieu Brousseau from the band “Pet the Dog” on guitar and vocals and producer John “Lou” Lousteau on drums and vocals.

Their collaboration has given birth to a distinctive debut album titled “Sidewalk to Nowhere,” a testament to their originality and the magic that happens when musical forces align. Recorded at the prestigious “Studio 606” and released in 2024, this album showcases the band’s unique sound and musical prowess.

“Pet Project” doesn’t stop at original compositions; they also bring their own flair to the stage with hundreds of cover songs spanning from the 50s to R&B, the 70s and 80s, to current day Top 40 hits.
