Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Perrin York is a young Pop/R&B vocalist who recently caught the public spotlight as a leading competitor in Season 3 of ABC’s American Idol.
Originally from Denver, CO, her vocals shined in high school where her band took a European tour that put her on stages at music festivals in Montreux, Switzerland and Porretta, Italy. In college, she sang a cappella performing all around the US and ultimately earning the Outstanding Soloist award at the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella finals in New York.
After graduating from Scripps College with a dual degree in Music Theory and Psychology, Perrin took to the Los Angeles music scene full steam ahead. She now spends her time session singing, songwriting, playing Spikeball, and performing (virtually or otherwise) everywhere she can.
