Jacobi Brown is an R&B/Pop artist from Prattville, Alabama. Jacobi has always had a strong love for music. Growing up singing in church is how this crooner developed his craft. He graduated from Alabama State University and worked as a computer programmer for 6 years, but in 2016, moved to Los Angeles to pursue music full time.

Well-versed in entertainment, Jacobi’s experience includes singing, songwriting, producing, playing the piano and drums, theater, and acting.

He’s opened for several well-known R&B artists, including Monica, Chrisette Michele and Marsha Ambrosius, and has shared the stage with R&B superstar Tyrese.

In 2020, Jacobi landed a role in Tyler Perry’s “Madea’s Farewell Play Tour” as Malik and traveled across the U.S., performing for hundreds of thousands of people. The play premiered on BET on February 16, 2021, and is streaming on BET+. Most recently, Jacobi was cast to play the piano in the Whitney Houston biopic “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” and he was cast to sing in an episode of “The Last Thing He Told Me”, premiering on Apple TV+ in April 2023.
