As one of Las Vegas’ premier, must-see club attractions, Dian Diaz dazzled audiences for years at The Bellagio Hotel’s Fontana Room. She has earned a “Best of Las Vegas” rating by the Las Vegas Review Journal. Billboard Magazine says “She is a singer’s singer, hinting at Martina McBride, Toni Braxton, and even Christina Aguilera. Dian lets her singing¬–and beautiful, melodic, fully produced compositions–hold court…”

Dian has performed for some of the world’s biggest stars including, Whitney Houston, Beyoncé, Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Matt Damon and Michael Bolton, to name a few.

Dian grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and began her singing career at the age of 9. Her first big break came when she was hired to back up international superstar Luis Miguel on his world tour. Dian’s amazing vocal talent attracted Luis’ attention, and soon she was a featured in his show performing a duet of “How Do You Keep The Music Playing.” Dian has shared the stage with Earth, Wind & Fire, U2’s Bono, R. Kelly, Luis Miguel, Chuck Mangione, Spyro Gyra and Jean Luc-Ponti. In 1998, when The Bellagio Resort opened in Las Vegas, she was invited to be the featured headliner in their Fontana Room. Her rhythmic versatility, bilingual ability and vocal range make Dian a force in music genres from Pop to R&B and Latin. With a repertory exceeding 400 songs, Dian has the ability to perform a full evening’s show in virtually any style of popular music.

Dian was featured on the “Music of Love – For Tomorrow’s Children” album, benefiting Unicef performing “Spirit Is Here To Lift You Up.” This album also included performances by Sting, Yolanda Adams, Stevie Wonder, Enya, En Vogue and others. Dian was also featured on the O’Jays “For The Love” album with the song “Latin Lover.”

In 2006, Dian released her self-titled CD, to popular and critical acclaim. Her unique vocal style was embraced by audiences as well as industry insiders, and the album’s first single, “Colour Everywhere,” soared to the # 23 spot on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart. The ballad, a testament to the vibrant, life-enhancing power of love, was co-written by Guy Roche & Shelly Peiken, who have penned tunes for Brandy, Cher, Christina Aguilera and others. “No More Tears,” which has an acoustic bolero flavor, was the second single on Dian’s album and was #38 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart.
