DJ Albert Gruve born in the Windy City of Berwyn Illinois, Chicago and raised in the City of Pasadena, was only 15 when he started his passion for the turntablism mixing. He practiced day and night and at the age of 17 he began doing house parties and school functions. By the age of 19 he began playing in the 18 + scene where he got his first break.
He began spinning the Latin scene where he built a big reputation in major L.A Clubs and various residencies. By the age of 24 he moved to the City Of Sin, Las Vegas, where he continued his career at Private Events, Corporate Functions, including Celebrity Parties Like Oscar de La Hoya , Akon , Jennifer Lopez , Marc Anthony, Young Joc, just to name a few. He also held many top Clubs on and off the Strip and is currently a BUM SQUAD Dj & has residencies at the Voo Doo Lounge at the Rio Hotel, Dos Caminos at Palazzo, Risque at Paris Hotel, Mist at Treasure Island, OPM at Caesars Palace, and recently added is the Cadillac Ranch, The Pub Monte Carlo, all the Guess and Marciano Stores and Golden Boy Events.
DJ Albert Gruve is always hyping up the crowd with his MC and mixing skills while adding his Latin flavor to his sets. He know how to feel his crowd and gives them what they want to hear with his diverse mixing of 70s, 80s, 90s, and current hip hop, house and Latin beat.
