Dakota Horvath is often compared to Michael Buble, Harry Connick Jr, Jamie Cullum & Frank Sinatra. Dakota’s music is bedded in Jazz with grooves in Latin, Pop, Funk, Soul & R&B.
Dakota’s first professional gig was at Mickey Rourke’s club in Miami at the age of five. The following year Frank Sinatra met Dakota back stage, handed him his handkerchief from his vest pocket & said, “you’ve got it kid,” & The National Enquirer ran the story the next day. Dakota has been a singing sensation ever since.
Dakota sang for Brad Pitt & Jennifer Aniston’s wedding, has opened for Natalie Cole & performed at The Sopranos’ Emmy Awards party. He has shared the stage with such celebs as Tony Bennett, Jimmy Buffet, Herbie Hancock, Seal, Rick Springfield, Clint Holmes, Don Rickles, Dennis Tufano, Melissa Etheridge, Lou Rawls, Paul Anka, Michael Bolton & Tony Orlando.
Dakota has appeared in Las Vegas at “Legends in Concert” & worked with Bobby Rosario on “The Dennis Bono Show.” Recently he performed at The South Point Casino singing the original charts of Bobby Darin with a 14 piece orchestra, featuring the “Fat City Horns” from the Las Vegas based mega-watt band, “Santa Fe.”
